Made to order Everything at Inside the Riggin Bag is made after you place your order. Once your order is finished, it ships. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for your order to ship, depending on current stock and production.

Carriers We ship with USPS and FedEx. The carrier options and rates available for your order are shown at checkout.

Shipping rates and delivery times Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Free shipping Orders shipping within the United States get free shipping when the order total is $75 or more. The free shipping option appears automatically at checkout once your order qualifies. Certain items, such as embroidered patches, may ship free on their own.

Where we ship We ship within the United States and to select international destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and much of Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, email us and we will see what we can do.

International orders International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties and taxes charged by your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order tracking When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipping method.

Shipping address Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been made.

Delays Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other events outside our control can delay delivery. We are not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to the carrier.
