The partnership levels outlined on this page serve as structured guidelines. Every partnership can and will be adjusted based on the goals and expectations of each brand.

Product integration is welcome at all levels, and product may be accepted as part of partnership compensation where appropriate.

Fan’s First Level – Community Engagement

• Donate giveaway items (hats, patches, stickers, kid-friendly items)

• Sponsor competition back numbers at $2 per number (25 minimum / $50 minimum order)

• Tagged in thank-you posts and fan photos featuring their items

• Focused entirely on fan engagement and growing the rodeo experience

Brand Partner

Includes Fan’s First recognition, plus:

• 1–2 social media mentions per month

• Logo listed on 2026 schedule graphics/pages

• Logo featured on 20 competition back numbers

• Included on Season Sponsor graphic and website

Supporting Partner

Includes everything from Brand Partner, plus:

• 3–4 social media mentions per month

• Logo featured on 25 competition back numbers

• Option for one collaborative giveaway

Premier Partner

Includes everything from Supporting and Brand Partner, plus:

• Logo featured on 50 competition back numbers

• 1–3 dedicated posts (including reels)

• Physical logo placement (shirt, vest, hat patch, etc.)

• Behind-the-scenes product clips and testimonial video

• Co-branded giveaway opportunity

Title Partner – Limited to One

Includes everything from all previous levels, plus:

• Premium logo placement

• Logo placement on competition vest and all riding shirts

• Back numbers integrated into full-season rotation (no set limit)

• Customized partnership strategy based on brand goals

• Additional logo placement opportunities as they become available
